Even though it’s getting harder to drag my pregnant body to my bookbinding class in Leiden every two weeks, I still enjoy it immensely. I have a great teacher and she just has the best tools and material for you to use. That’s half the fun! Learning new techniques and coming home with notebooks is the other half of the fun (I think I need to host a yardsale soon, too many notebooks in my home!).
I realise there’s so much to learn, and I love browsing in all the books my teacher has to see the endless possibilities bookbinding has to offer. The internet is a great source of inspiration too! Check out these beauties:
