My resolution for this year was to take it slow. So far so good, I’m pretty pleased with how things are going! Part of this slow life is, apparently, eating healthy. We’ve recently started with a weekly subscription of organic vegetables and fruit. That’s not only very healthy, but exciting too, because we now get to eat all sorts of vegetables we never heard of or would never buy ourselves. We’ve also stopped buying bread at the supermarket, because there’s a new bakery in our area which sells fresh bread seven days a week. Much more delicious and healthy than the stuff the supermarket makes in a factory.
